Easy green salad

This is one of those easy green salads that most of us make when we have nothing better to eat.

 Easy Green Salad

Owing to my new-found mustard love, I’ve customized the honey-mustard dressing a bit in this recipe and kept the vegetables simple.

You can certainly do without the sun-dried tomatoes and replace then with pitted olives or fresh tomatoes. I used them here because of the colour combination and the crunch they would provide to the salad.

    1. I hope he does... I haven't discussed it with him yet. Am scared of his disapproval in which case I'll have to work on a whole new salad plan for the entire month! :)
